Let’s Connect!
Welcome, my name is Brittany
I am currently serving as an Agile Product Owner for Humana CECP Voice products, overseeing business and IT alignment for two Scrum teams.
Within this role, I expertly manage a cohesion between my two teams, ensuring all stories remain refined, that dependencies are identified, and that all work is appropriately represented within the ART from ideation to completion. Using my seasoned knowledge of the SAFe Agile Methodology, I keep a watchful eye that the team is on track and maintaining a steady velocity given their individual capacity restraints. As a caring, empathetic, and attentive team player, I possess an innate ability to grow deep connections and develop a secure trust with my team, enabling comfortable, open conversation and feedback. I am highly skilled at remotely building and developing high performing project teams with 10+ developers across two countries (U.S. and India). I have a growth mindset and actively seek out learning opportunities. I am positive, eager to learn and dedicated to accomplishing our goals and supporting my team members. Solving problems with technology is such a rewarding aspect of my job!
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, from local to international, experiencing new places and people is always a great time! Bonus fun if I am able to bring my dog along!
